Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully.
DEFINITIONS
“CWE” means "Clockwork Eye Video Training"
“Services” means any services provided by CWE
“Products” means any products supplied by CWE
“Buyer” means the member, client or customer
“Club” means The Video Creators Club
“Subscription” means “Membership” this applies to both Basic and Plus membership
These terms and conditions are subject to variation from time to time by CWE. Variations will be displayed on our website https://clockworkeye.co.uk/ and the latest version of these terms and conditions will be available there.
Subscriptions
Membership is billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis (“Billing Cycle”).
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or CWE cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting CWE.
Video Creators Club Plus members are obligated to commit to a minimum of twelve monthly payments. Any cancellations before the end of the twelve month agreement will result in CWE pursuing any outstanding payments.
Video Creators Club Basic membership is a rolling monthly contract and members are free to cancel their membership at any time.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide CWE with accurate and complete billing information including full name, email address, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you authorise CWE to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, CWE will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Promotions and or Offers
CWE may, at its sole discretion, use promotional offers.
Any offer or promotional payment agreements will cease if there is a break in membership. For example; if a member joins with a reduced rate offer then stops or cancels their membership for any period of time then, on re-joining, the previous offer will be null and void.
At any time and without notice, CWE reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the promotion or offer, or (ii) cancel such promotion or offer.
Third Party Suppliers
By joining the Video Creators Club you will meet and be introduced to other members and suppliers who offer products and services which may be of use to you. If you purchase any product or take any advice or assistance from a supplier or member of the Club, this will be an arrangement purely between yourself and the other party. The Club does not act as agent to introduce services, does not transfer data to them, and does not accept any liability for products sold or advice or assistance given by one member or affiliate to another on any matter whatsoever unless such advice or assistance has been approved and authorised by CWE in writing in advance.
You should therefore satisfy yourselves of that company’s ability to service your requirements and ensure that you have contractual terms in place to protect yourselves should anything go wrong.
Additional Services
Joiners of the Club are entitled to access to our member services, the details of which are provided on our website and updated regularly. These may be provided by external companies or members selected by CWE. If you choose to use their services, whether advertised by CWE or not, you do so by separate negotiation between you and them and do so at your own risk.
CWE does not act as agent to introduce members to these service providers and CWE does not accept any liability for products or services provided by these service providers to members. If members choose to use these services, the arrangement is between the member and the service provider.
We constantly strive to offer more and better services to members. In this respect, the Club reserves the right to amend, withdraw or add any right of membership service, and such amendment shall not give rise to any liability for refund of membership fees paid or require any additional fee to be paid.
Joining the Club
Upon signing up to the Club the date of joining the Club will be the date of acceptance of your application and agreement to these terms & conditions, and future subscriptions will be due on this date each month.
Subscription fees are reviewed annually and the current fees are provided on the CWE website.
The level of your subscription can be chosen from those available on the website from time to time. Selection of the service will depend upon the level of benefits required. You can change the level of membership in accordance with your wishes but can only upgrade mid membership. Downgrading is only permitted at renewal.
The cost of membership is dictated by the level of membership selected.
CWE understands that your business can vary from year to year, and you therefore need to contact CWE at head office to advise them of any relevant change to your business to ensure that you are paying the correct membership fee from the next renewal date. If you do not do so then the Club reserves the right to withdraw the benefit of those services which you would receive as a right of membership. If you provide false or misleading information the benefits to which you would normally be entitled as a member will be immediately withdrawn. Restitution of your membership will be at the discretion of CWE.
Advice
We do not accept liability for any advice given to members either by other members of the Club, Our employees or anyone purporting to act on behalf of CWE. Any advice provided to members is intended as initial guidance only and should not be relied upon or acted upon as substantive advice by the third party, who should seek appropriate independent professional advice according to the nature of their problem.
